A hero is one who is super (超级的) natural, and has super powers—that's what some people might think. But I think differently because to me a hero is a real person, and a heroic act for me is when a person goes out of his way to help someone else without being told to.
Dad's been my hero since I was a kid. He doesn't have super powers, but he's strong inside and out. My father is a great person to me, because he cares about his family very much and takes full responsibility for us.
I call my dad "Mr. Handyman". If something is broken, he will be the one to fix it. Though sometimes things seem impossible to fix, he can find a way to fix them.
My father likes to make me happy. I certainly don't want to let him down, but he and I have had some unhappy moments and some disagreements. I'm still a little girl to him, and he wants me to stay that way, but he doesn't understand that I'm growing up. I understand why he does that, but it makes me sad sometimes. But I still love my dad. As time goes by, we can't help but grow closer and closer to each other and that is something I hope just grows and grows.
