Every day we mostly do the same old thing. We go to school or work. We come home, eat dinner, watch some TV go to bed. What if we could go into someone else's life for a while? Reality TV (offer) that chance. We can see others' lives and maybe try to see ourselves in (they) shoes. Watching other people struggle makes us (feel) that our own problems aren't so serious.
Some reality shows show the lives of the rich. It's interesting sometimes to think about wonderfully we would live if we had all that money.
Survivor has been a very popular reality show some years. People can imagine living like the competitors, so they enjoy show. But for them, the struggle to find food or shelter is not (real). They are doing it from the comfort of the sofas at home. People are drawn to Survivor because it presents challenges in these (area).
People can't help (watch) to see what happens next.
