Yuntai Mountain lies in Xiuwu County, about 30 kilometers from Jiaozuo City. The mountain is the first group from all over the world that received the title of World Geological Park from UNESO in 2004. It is also the only famous place of in Henan Province having the titles of National 5 A Grade Tourist Attraction, National Forest Park.
Covered with thick forest, Yuntai Mountain is famous for proud mountain and water. Yuntai waterfall, 314 meters high, is the waterfall in China. Besides this, deep valleys（山谷）, special stones and wild flowers form a beautiful wonder.
The beauty of Yuntai Mountain with seasons. In spring, the mountain is full of wild flowers and green grasses. In summer, the mysterious forest and beautiful waterfall it an excellent place. In autumn, leaves turn so red the mountain looks like a colorful coat. In winter, snow turns the mountain into a white world of ice waterfall. Ice Pillar（柱子） and evergreen plants covered with snow are a typical winter wonder in northern China.
Yuntai Mountain is as a popular tourist place throughout history. Many famous visitors left their stone characters and here, adding to its cultural value.
