Do your homework and go to class. Relax and get plenty of sleep. After you review (复习) your material in the afternoon, you need to relax in the evening and sleep well at night.
Come prepared (准备好的) with paper, a pen, pencil, eraser, watch, and book or dictionary if they are allowed (允许). Make sure you understand the questions before you answer.
When you feel yourself start to get anxious (焦虑的), put your pencil down on the table, close your eyes, and count to 10. If you think you don't have time, remember that when you're anxious, you won't think clearly and will make mistakes. Only when you are relaxed can you do your best.
