A poor fisherman caught a beautiful golden fish. The golden fish said, "Set me free. I can make all your wishes come true!" The fisherman set the golden fish free. The fisherman told his wife about the golden fish. His wife said, "We need a new bowl. "So the fisherman went back to the sea.
The golden fish came and asked, "How can l help you?"
"We want a new bowl," said the fisherman.
"Happy to help," said the golden fish.
The fisherman went home and found his wife with a new bowl. His wife asked for a big house and a bag of gold in the next two days. But she was still not happy. On the fourth day, she said, "I want to be the queen of the sea. Go and tell the golden fish!" The fisherman told the golden fish about his wife's wish. But the golden fish said nothing. It swam back to the sea. Then the fisherman went back home. He found his wife at their old house, with nothing but an old bowl.
