Everyone wants to be perfect. Finding a good way to achieve selfimprovement (自我提高) is more and more popular. For this, the beginning of a new term is a great time to think about ways that you can improve in the coming school year. Here are some suggestions for New term's resolutions(决心).
Firstly, make sure your goal is realistic (现实的). Winning the lottery (彩票), for example, may not come true. Then, describe your resolutions in detail, instead of "I don't want to be lazy", or "I want to exercise every day". At last, change large goals into small ones. For example, if you want to lose weight, you can start by exercise.
Your New term's resolutions and goals can be about anything, from saving more money so that you can buy a really cool toy, to making more friends, or to spending more time with your family. Start by writing down some goals on a piece of paper. After you finish, keep the paper somewhere you can see, like on your fridge or a wall in your room. Don't forget to check the things on the paper if you complete.
