In a large and dark forest, some monkeys wanted to look for a fire to keep warm in winter.
One night, they saw a firefly(萤火虫) and thought it came from the fire. A few monkeys started to catch some fireflies. After that, they put the fireflies in a small hole in the ground and started blowing on them.
A sheep saw this and said, "That is not fire. Those are fireflies. You can't use them to make a fire. "
The monkeys laughed at the sheep. One monkey said, "Hey, old sheep, you don't know anything about how to make a fire. Don't stop us. "
The monkeys tried again to make a fire with the fireflies. The sheep said again, "You should find a hole to warm yourselves. "
One monkey shouted at the sheep and the sheep had to leave. The monkeys kept blowing on the fireflies for hours, but still could not make a fire. Later, they found the sheep was right.
Usually we believe that we are right, but sometimes we're not in fact. We should always listen to the ideas from others, even if(即使)we don't always follow them.
