It is Monday today. It is Zhu Jinban's favorite day because he can take the tree-climbing class today. Zhu is a student in Hubei University.
It takes him about eight minutes to climb up a 25-meter-tall tree. Zhu climbs up the tree quickly and he can also jump to other trees withthe help of ropes (绳索). "Great job!" say the other students and his teacher.
"There are a lot of trees in my village. So I liked climbing when I was a littlechild," says Zhu. "I'm happy I can take the class at school. I once put a baby bird back to its home by climbing a tree. "
The teacher Lu says that climbing trees is good for the students' body and mind (身体和精神). He wants more students to take the class next term.
