While rice and wheat (小麦) are the two most popular food worldwide, a study covered more than 10000 people in Northwest China. (A) It is reported that choosing rice ns food may lower the risk of being fat.
Researchers from Xi'an Jiaotong University collected data (数据) from people aged 35 to 74 from Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai provinces, Ningxia and Xinjiang. The researchers divided these people into three groups. The first group includes people with rice preference, eating (B) it either daily or four to six times every week.
