As we all know, taking exercise is very important. But everything is hard in the beginning. How can you start to take exercise, and more importantly, keep on doing it?

Then, try to do at least twenty minutes of exercise a day. If you are busy, you can look for some small ways to exercise. For example, get up from your desk to do stretches(伸展运动)during your break between classes.
At last, find a partner or join a sports team. It can bring a lot of fun when you exercise with others.
