There was a friendly neighbourhood where every house had beautiful gardens. Among them lived a young boy who loved nothing more than staying at home with his family. One day, while playing in his yard, he found that his elderly neighbour's garden was overgrown and in need of some care.
The young boy picked up his gardening tools at once and headed next door. He spent the whole afternoon weeding（除草）and watering the garden with love and care. When he was finished, he felt really happy about the change he made.
The next morning, he woke up to find that the elderly neighbour left a basket of fresh fruits and vegetables on their doorstep as a way of thanking him for his hard work. From that day on, the young boy learned that it was good to help others and do something for the community. The simple act brought everyone in the neighbourhood closer together.
