We all have people in our lives whom we look up to. For me，this person is my big brother，John.
John is a doctor. He always works really hard.He is always good to his loving wife，and also a model father with two bright and hard﹣working daughters.If ever I need any advice or just a pat （轻. 拍） on the back after a hard time，he is always there.
John's nine years older than me. Even when we were kids，he always made a good example.But we also always had lots of fun，playing games and going on adventures （冒险）.
But it's not really a thing that needs to be said. We know. John knows I love him. And he knows I'm proud of him. I've told him that often. But sometimes I've felt a little in his shadow. His noble（高尚的）footsteps can be hard to follow. But I started my own path. That really meant a lot.
