Shi Yuan，14，from Shanghai Wenlai Middle School，has made a special bag to help solve this problem.Shi came up with the idea after he once got wet waste all over his pants while throwing it away. That was why he invented the special bag with the help of family members and his Science teacher.
When the upper end of the tape is open，the bag can be turned upside﹣down.By holding the tape users can easily throw wet waste into a trash bin without getting their hands dirty.
To invent this is not easy.At first，the tape Shi used was a one﹣off product.So he kept on improving the design.A few months later，the boy got the idea of using weak glue，which allows the waste bag to be reused.He got the idea from Post﹣it notes （便利贴）.
Shi's bag has become popular both in local communities and on the Internet. But Shi doesn't think he has done a great thing， "I just enjoy the fun process."
