Jack: Hi, Susan! I hear that today is your fourteenth birthday. Happy birthday!
Susan: Thank you, Jack.
Jack:
Susan: Yes, I made two resolutions. I hope it will be a new beginning for me.
Jack: What are your resolutions about?
Susan: My first resolution is about study. I wish to become one of the top ten students in the class.
Jack: What about the other one?
Susan: It has to do with physical health. I did a really bad job in the physical test last week.
Jack: Resolutions do make us know what we should do more clearly. But it is easier to make them than to keep them.
Susan: I agree with you so much. Sometimes they are too difficult to keep or sometimes I just forget about them.
Jack:
Susan: Sounds like a good idea.
