Can you imagine turning your school into a farm？This is what we did recently.
Under the "double reduction" policy （双减政策），we now have many new clubs and after﹣school （activity）. The Happy Farming Club is the（popular） club of all. "At first I （think） I could only grow some vegetables here，" said Zhang Xin， a club member. "But I found that I also learned a lot about farming and biology(生物). " After (study) the crops like rice and corns，we started to grow them. "My group tried growing potatoes，" said Zhang. "We first （careful） put the potatoes underground. Then we covered them with soil （土） and watered . We not only enjoyed ourselves， also had a great sense of achievement（成就感）. We hope the potatoes will grow strong soon. " Other groups grew different things. We wanted（tell） them apart，so we set up boards with the vegetables' names on them. The school looks a small farm now.
"In the 38 years of our school's history，we are the first to grow vegetables，" said Zhang. "This is really special experience!"
