Mike Pierce is from the USA. He's fourteen, so he goes to school-but he's got a job too. Mike works at home. He plays computer games!
"I love computer games," says Mike, "and my dad makes computer games. I test (测验) the games. That's my job!"
Mike is happy because he gets lots of free games.
"I don't work in the mornings. I get up at half past eight and run to school. I don't even have breakfast!" he says. "But I finish school at half past three and then I work for two or three hours. I work again after dinner. I go to bed at about twelve or one o'clock."
What do his parents say?
"He doesn't play sport and he doesn't go out," says his mum. "I know he loves it, but I'm not happy about it."
His dad thinks it's great. "He's only fourteen, but he's got a job," he says. "I think he's a star."
