Pets are very common in many families. Many people keep a kind of animal as a pet, such dogs, cats, birds and so on. And the pets (be) very important in some families. They think of the pet s as their family members. In many ways, pets can bring love and happiness, and sometimes they also feel thankful. They show (they) thanks in special ways. Especially the dogs, they are human's (friend). A few weeks ago, a fireman saved a dog named Dodo from a fire. She was good mother dog and has six babies. Then he (go) on working in the fire. The tired man sat to rest after he put out the fire. He saw the mother dog walking straight to him and wanted (know) what she was going to do. To his surprise, she came up to him and kissed him. At first he was too surprised to do anything. But then he hugged (拥抱) her (happy) at once.
Although pets are not human beings, their behavior (行为) sometimes is (good) than the human beings, because they always keep loyal (忠诚的) to the master. Most important of all, keeping pets helps people to reduce (减少) loneliness and forget their unhappy things for a while.
