We start a day with a breakfast and end it with a dinner. Meals are important for us, but bad eating habits are bad for our health. Do you eat healthily? Here are some useful tips for you.
●Put vegetables and fruits on your plate each meal. There are lots of nutrients(营养)in fruits and vegetables. They can help you stay full(饱的)longer. If you are in a hurry,just take a fresh fruit with you to eat on the way, like an apple or a banana.
●Eat your meals on time during the day to keep you healthy. Have breakfast soon after you get up. Don't skip any meals. Some students may not have breakfast because of getting up late. This is really bad for health. Also, it is good to have dinner early to give your bodies a rest. If you go to bed at 9: 30 pm, you can have dinner at 6 pm. Then, don't eat again until you have breakfast the next morning.
