Dear Mum and Dad, How are you these days? I'm very happy in China. I live in Wang Ling's house. My room is clean and tidy. There is a pink bed, a pink desk and a pink chair. I like pink so much! And there are some pictures above the bed. They are from Wang Ling's sister. Every day I get up at 5:30 in the morning and do Chinese kung fu with Wang Ling. I feel so good after doing this! We eat breakfast at 6:30. Then we go to school together. We have six classes each day. My favourite day is Tuesday. We have music and PE on this day. Mrs Li is our music teacher. She's not young. But she's funny and kind. She can sing nice Chinese songs like Jasmine Flower. I really like the song and I can't wait to sing it for you! On the weekend, Wang Ling and I often sing and dance together. Wang Ling's grandpa has an erhu. I think it's really special. So sometimes we learn how to play the erhu from him. Wang Ling's father, Uncle Wang is a good cook. He usually cooks delicious food for the family, such as Mapo Tofu, Kung Pao chicken, red braised pork... Wang Ling's favourite food is tofu. But I like jiaozi best! I really enjoy my days in China. Love, Lucy |
