In summer, children in Barcelona have a new way to school on Fridays. It takes them about twenty minutes to to school. They usually walk to school. Now they can ride bikes to school. In September, a group of five children began to ride to school with parents on Fridays. Soon the became bigger. The program is called "bike bus".
The bike bus starts 8:00 every Friday morning. People know the way before every Friday. And everyone knows where to join. The bike bus starts with just a few students and parents. But more and more people in on the way.
Most children ride bikes, other children ride scooters（滑板车） or use skates. They ride on the bike roads. Sometimes they a song. The bike bus feels like party.
"It is funny for me to ride with a group of children. " nine-year-old Maria Pitarch says, "The best part of the bike bus is that we ride with our friends. It is for our health and we are happy. "
