•Working without taking short breaks
When you make plans，short breaks should always be considered.After long working hours，you can have a short break of paying attention to something totally different.
•Keeping your plan in your head
If you don't write down what you have to do，you may save some time. So it would be much better to write everything down and deal with each task one by one.
•Saying"yes"to everything
Saying"yes"is much easier than saying"no"，but if you say"yes"to everything you will soon feel stressed. You will achieve much more by the end of the week.
•Putting the most difficult task at the top of your list
Doing this does not mean you can finish that task on time.In fact，it's possible that you will still put it off，as it will only make you more worried about it.
