Peter's grandma is overs event years old this year She has a bad memory. She isn't often able to remember where her things are. Sometimes she forgets what she will do.
"What's the matter with my grandma?" Peter asked his parents. They were all very worried about the old woman. So they decided to send her to see a doctor. After the doctor carefully examined(检查) her, he told them that there was nothing serious, Then the doctor gave Peter's grandma a piece of advice—she should always write things down to remember things. They thanked the doctor and went back home.
One day, Peter was doing his homework at home when Grandma stood up from the sofa and walked to the door.
"Can I help you, Grandma?" Peter asked.
"No. It's too hot today. I want to buy a watermelon in the supermarket."
"Could you please buy me a toy car?"
"Of course."
Peter gave Grandma a piece of paper. It said, "A watermelon and a toy car."
Grandma said, "Careful boy, I can remember."
"Remember I like black cars."
Grandma walked out of the house. About half an hour later, Grandma came back with a bottle of water and a pencil box in her hand. Peter smiled when he saw them, "Your water and my pencil box? Aha! Where's your watermelon? Where's my car?"
