①School stress is something most students have to learn to deal with (处理) at school. And it's important to find a good way to deal with your stress.
②Deal with stress at the moment.
Get to know the way your body experiences stress. Do you start to breathe fast or notice a sour taste in your mouth? If your hands start to shake or sweat (出汗), you're likely to feel stressed.
③Find out where your stress comes from.
Is there a certain person, situation or environment that's causing you to feel stressed out? The important way is to find out more about what's causing it. Sometimes it may be easy to find out, but at other times may be difficult.
④Take 3 deep breaths.
Taking deep breaths before you are in a stressful situation can help you stay relaxed.
⑤Ask for help.
If you don't know how to deal with your stress, find someone to help you. If you're at school, you may ask a teacher or a friend for help. If it's a problem that you need help with right away, talk to someone in your classroom. If you're not in a hurry, think about asking your parent or your teacher for help.
⑥Move away from the situation if you can.
You can take a break by taking a walk outside. You can also make up a story about forgetting something in your car which will give you a reason to walk outside.
