Moms are moms. When you are growing up, you don't always know 1 they do for you. And sometimes they do things that you remember all your life.
My mom was like that. When I was six years old, one of my front teeth was very loose (松动的). When I touched it, I could wiggle it back and forth. I was 2 . I didn't know what was going on, so l asked Mom to look at it.
Mom said, "In the 3 few years, all of your teeth will fall out (脱落)."
"I'll lose all of my teeth?" I cried. "How will I 4 ?"
Mom laughed. "Don't worry," she said. "Each of us gets two 5 of teeth. Your baby teeth fall out just to make a place for your permanent teeth (恒牙) to come in."
6 , I was worried. "It will hurt (疼) so much," I said.
Mom said that she could help me. She asked me to sit in a chair and close my eyes.
Mom reached into my mouth and took hold of (抓住) the loose tooth. " 7 something funny. I will just check (检查) this tooth." she said.
Then, Mom said, "Open your 8 ." Do you know what? She was holding the tooth in her hand. I could not believe it. While she was talking, she pulled (拔) the tooth out and I did not 9 a thing!
That's just the 10 it is with moms. They know what to do and how to make it not hurt.
