Sarah was always a hard-working student. She got good grades and helped people in her neighborhood. One day, she got a letter from a well-known university. They offered her a full scholarship. She was very happy and went to tell her parents.
But her parents weren't smiling. Her mother held her hand and said, "Sarah, we're so proud of you, but we can't pay for you to go to college. Even with the scholarship, there are still many things we can't afford."
Sarah felt sad. She had worked so hard to reach her goals, but now they seemed impossible. She went to her room and cried until she fell asleep.
The next morning, Sarah found an envelope on her desk. It was a letter from her grandparents. They wrote, "Dear Sarah, we heard about your scholarship, and we know how important this is to you. We've been putting money away for years to help pay for your education. Please take this gift and go after your dreams. We trust in you."
Sarah cried happy tears as she read the letter. She ran to her grandparents' house and gave them a big hug, thanking them for their kind gift and love. With their help, Sarah was able to go to the university and study what she loved.
Years later, as Sarah finished school with top grades, she looked at the crowd and saw her parents and grandparents smiling big. She knew that their love and the things they gave up had made her success possible. From that day on, Sarah promised to give back to her family and community, just as they had given to her.
