Do you always eat late at night?How do you feel after that?The study(研究) shows that eating late at night could make us fall ill. And eating before bed may make us fat.
Why?It found that eating late may make us hungry by as much as two times,so we eat more. When we eat earlier,we are less hungry,later eaters move around less before sleeping. This may cause(导致) them to have some health problems because of short of exercise.
The study looked at the eating habits of five women and eleven men between the ages of 25 and 59. All of them had a high body mass index(高体重指数). In the study,they ate breakfast on time and exercised a little. After some weeks,"The study is telling us that it is good to stop eating late into the night.
