I'm Sally, a middle school student. I have many (业余爱好) which make my life more interesting and exciting. My (最喜欢的事) is singing. One day, when I watched short photos online, I discovered a man who likes singing as I do. His name is Pacifique Izabayo. He comes from Rwanda. Now he is (活跃的) on Douyin.
Izabayo, commonly known as "Bobo", started (拍摄) short videos in 2019. He has posted videos on Douyin since 2021. Now he has lots of followers online. Some even send many (信息) to Izabayo to talk about songs. His singing (项目) in the Chinese language have made him famous.
Five years ago, Bobo learned Chinese through the Confucius Institute in Kigali, Rwanda. "It took me four years to learn the language and now I can (交流) with others in Chinese well, " he says. "I once went to China to enter the Chinese Bridge (比赛). I am planning to go back to China to further my studies in the language. I like Chinese songs as they help me learn Chinese easily. "
Bobo's love for singing Chinese songs has won the (心) of me. From his videos, I also know more about African people and their (日常的) life.
