Hello! I'm Lisa. Today is April 23rd, World Book Day.
I love reading very much. That is because of my family. There are four people in my family. My father likes reading history books. My mother's favorites are the books on art. My little brother likes picture books and I love reading storybooks. Every evening from 7:00 to 8:00, we read together.
In the morning, we go to a book club. About 50 parents and children read together. They can talk about books after reading. My father gives away some books to the club. And I have a good time with the little children. They like to listen to my stories. In the afternoon, we go to a book show. We see some new books there. We can learn much from it.
This is our World Book Day. What about yours? Put down your smartphones and read more books. They are very useful and your good friends.
