Erhu is a kind of traditional Chinese instrument. There are many English names for erhu as urheen and urhien. When I listened to the vof erhu for the first time, I fell in love with the instrument.
I was born in a traditional Chinese family. I'm a girl from Beijing. My grandfather is a f of Beijing Opera and erhu music. When I was very young, my grandpa often (唱) Beijing Opera as he played the erhu. Sometimes the melody made me (激动的;兴奋的), and sometimes sad. I loved erhu a lot.
At the age of eight, I'd to learn to play the erhu. At the beginning, I had great interest in playing it. But I found it (难对付的;困难的) to play it soon. I wanted to stop.
My grandfather encouraged me to hold on. Till now, I have played the erhu for six years. I have passed Level 9. Last month, I w the first prize in the instrument competition(竞赛). Now I can play the erhu very (好). I feel s happy! I believe I will become one of the most famous (乐手;音乐家) one day.
