The more, the better? Some students have energy drinks before doing sports or taking exams. Energy drinks have a lot of sugar and caffeine (咖啡因). They could make one feel more energetic. They could make students do sports or take exams more easily. But remember not to drink too much at a time. | ||||||||||||||||
Are sports drinks necessary? ★ Having sports drinks every now and then is OK. They give us vitamins (维生素) and minerals (矿物质). ★ There is no need for them when you do sports less than (少于) 2 hours. ★ For people with heart problems, it is best not to have sports drinks. |
