When I was 12 years old, my mother sent me to a Chinese school in California. I 1 spending my Saturdays in a three-hour Chinese class, because I thought it was difficult and boring.
However, my mum thought that I should develop and improve my Chinese language skills. I seemed to know that it would bring me 2 good in the future, but at that time I was so busy finishing my homework at school. So I couldn't realize the 3 of learning a second language.
Many years later, I had a 4 to work in Asia. I chose to work in China mainly because I know a little about Chinese. After all, I learned Chinese when I was 5 . I am also very confident that I can read street signs, buy food and talk to people there.
Shortly after I arrived in China, my Chinese language 6 came back soon and improved very quickly. I can't make so much progress without my mother's 7 . Thinking of the experience of learning Chinese and staying in China, I am always 8 for what she did to me. A long time ago, I wanted to 9 learning Chinese, but my mother encouraged me to learn Chinese. Because of learning Chinese, I made a lot of new friends. 10 , I'm glad that it has helped me a lot in my work. My life is getting more and more colourful.
