Food waste (浪费) is a serious problem around the world. I remember when I was 1 my grandma and my mom never wasted food. If we didn't 2 something at one meal, we would eat it later on or 3 another use for it.
I remember my grandma once cooked 4 for us. We all ate a lot but there was 5 some left. The next day Grandma took the rice out of the fridge, and 6 it with eggs and milk to make delicious rice cake. I also 7 that my mom cooked beef for us one day. 8 used the bones and some vegetables to make some soup. The soup tasted great, and we all 9 it.
I learned a lot from my grandma and my mom. Now I am a big boy. I 10 to never waste food myself. Before I go to the 11 I always first think about the food I'll 12 and only buy what I need. So nothing will go to waste. 13 I don't eat up the food at lunch, I will eat it at dinner. To me, it's not 14 to put food in the trash (垃圾). Farmers work very hard to 15 food and get food, so we mustn't waste it.
