His name is Max Burns, he is 19- year- old Englishman. He is very popular on the Internet because of his videos of making Chinese food. It took Max's parents many years ( work) in China. Max spent his first 13 years being immersed in Chinese culture, learning the language and loving the food. When his family( move) to Brighton, UK in 2016, Max missed Chinese food very much. He started ( buy) takeaway food from local Chinese restaurants at first. But the meal didn't taste the same as they were in China. They were also very expensive. Then Max decided to try to make Chinese ( dish) at home.
Max found that many of his friends didn't know much the real Chinese food. He wanted to do something, then he made videos of making Chinese food and put them online. He can even make jianbing -a traditional Chinese street food, zongzi - a traditional Chinese rice dish. The videos helped( he) win millions of fans all over the world.
" When people ask me where I am from, I find it hard to answer I grew up in China and now I'm living in the UK," he says."I'm just trying to share Chinese and British culture with Chinese and English people, and build a cultural bridge between them."
