 When he walked around in the parks in the city, he often found sanitation workers doing cleaning work in the early morning. He thought that they worked really hard, and he wanted to do something for them. 

 With these cards, he told them about his free haircut service. He also gave cards to the disabled. They had difficulty moving, so Gong visited them and helped cut their hair at their homes.
