It is very important to keep healthy. I have a neighbor. She is 1 old lady. Although she is over seventy, she can do all housework by herself. And she often learns something new in the newspaper or on TV. She 2 even surf the Internet. She likes doing sports and I often see her do Tai Chi in the morning and dance in the evening. She looks like a young and beautiful lady every day. Last week a reporter from a magazine interviewed her and asked how she kept so young and healthy, She 3 her answers with a smile.

It's true that people nowadays are under great pressure(压力). People can hardly keep an active mind. But people should know that a good attitude(态度) to life and keeping learning new things are very important to keep 10 . I think my neighbor is a good example to everyone.
