This is the Healthy Diet Pyramid. It is a diet for a healthy life. Different kinds of food are at different levels (层) of the pyramid.
Here is the first level. About50% of our diet should be these kinds of food.
At the second level, there are more green foods. These should be 30% of our diet.
They are important foods with a lot of protein(蛋白质). And they should be about 18% of our diet.
At the top (顶端) of the pyramid, there are foods like ice-creams and candies. They can make us fat.
