Hello, everybody. Welcome back to Cooking Today. I'm Jack, and today we're going to make some crepes (薄煎饼). Seriously, friends, you will love these crepes.
Just put them on your kitchen table like I'm doing here. You'll need some sugar, too, because that's what makes the crepes sweet.
You want one cup of flour (Et) and one cup of milk. And, of course, you want an egg. As for the sugar, you need just a little. Too much sugar will make your crepes taste bad.
Pour them nicely and slowly. Then stir (搅) them all together with a spoon. Yeah, that's it. Stir them until you get a nice batter(面糊).
You don't need a lot of butter. Just put a little bit in the pan. All right, now we're ready. All you do is to pour the batter on the pan. After about three minutes, you just get the crepes, and you're ready to eat!
