Have you ever tried paper folding(折纸)? It is a popular activity for people of all ages.Many artists have been practising it for years, and some are even making a living out of their excellent paper folding skills.
As a big fan of paper folding, Jaeil Jeong knew nothing about it before his parents brought home a paper folding book.Young Jeong quickly took an interest in the creations inside and learnt to fold some of them by himself.
As a result, he found it so interesting that he decided to take it up as a hobby.At first, he copied designs(图样) he found in books and gradually made great progress.He was able to create his own designs at the age of ten.Today Jeong has become a master in paper folding.
For Jeong, paper folding is not just a hobby.It's a great way to clear his mind."Whenever I study for a test or search for a job, I make sure I have a piece of paper with me," Jeong said."There are moments when things don't go my way—that's when I prefer to take my paper out and begin to fold it.My mind is clear as if I was meditating(冥想).It can really bring me lots of pleasure."
