When a man was walking by some elephants, he suddenly stopped. He was wondering why these huge animalsby a small rope tied to their front legs. It was doubt that the elephants could break the rope at any time, but for some they did not.
He saw a trainer nearby and asked why the animals just there and made no effort to get away. “Well,” the trainer said, “when they were very young and much smaller, we used the same rope them from running away. At that age, it's enough to hold them. they grow up, they all believe that they cannot break the rope. They believe it can still hold so they never try to break free.”
