A young man runs towards a wall. But he does not stop (run). He reaches me wall and (kick) it off. He uses the force (力量) of his kick to push (him) up me wall. Now, his hands can reach the top of the wall. He uses his arms (pull) his body up. He quickly climbs over the top of the wall. Then, he jumps down keeps running. He leaves the wall behind him. This young man is doing parkour (跑酷).
People must practise a lot to be good at parkour. They do a lot of running, jumping and climbing. People like parkour for many reasons. First, it does not need too much money. People only need to wear (comfort) clothes and shoes so that they can move easily.
Second, parkour helps people think (different) about things around them. Tb do parkour, they must think creatively (创造性地). When they see some tall buildings around them, they think about what they can do them. Finally, many people enjoy parkour because it is more than just a sport. It is like life: If there (be) a tall thing in front of you, you must find way to get past it.
