Lu Ban came up with the idea of the ruler when he was young. Benjamin Franklin invented swim flippers (蛙鞋) at the age of 12. And last year, the 6-year-old Kate Smith, published her invention for baby medical treatment. The stories of the young inventors remind people of children's great creativity. Scientists agree that children are more creative than adults and they have the power to create and invent.

Every invention starts with curiosity (好奇心) and a heart to explore. Children are naturally curious and have a spirit of discovery, which drives them to ask questions, explore problems, and try to solve them. Lily Peterson, at the age of 9, created the ice cream stick just because she wanted to hold the frozen cream. But the simple invention has transformed the way we eat ice cream, making it easier and more enjoyable for people of all ages.

What's more, children can learn quickly and like turning new knowledge into practice. They are not afraid to think differently and can challenge long-held ideas. They enjoy getting the sense of confidence and pride when they try out their ideas. It makes them take an active part in scientific experiments (实验) and create unexpected ideas.

Children's ability to create is really valuable. Adults should encourage them and provide them with chances to explore the world. By doing so, children can help to make the world around them better.

Have you ever seen the skirts in the picture? It's  ‘Mamianqun' in Chinese. It's one of the Chinese traditional dresses and a symbol of Chinese culture. It became  in the Ming and Qing dynasties (朝代). At that time, every skirt was  made by hand with the design of four skirt doors in the front and back. People usually wore it during their big days.

In recent years, Mamianqun has received more and more  both in China and abroad. You can find many Chinese young people wearing the skirts in daily work or on their trips. They think it is convenient to wear and  around. In the year of 2023, people from over 90countries shared  of photos and articles about Mamianqun. Factories making the dress also received a great number of orders from abroad because of  special design. It's a good to show how Chinese culture is going worldwide.

The rise of Mamianqun also shows a deeper cultural pride  young people in China. They're not just wearing clothes,  showing off their culture at the same time. They are trying to connect traditions with their modern lives.

Zebra crossings are an important part of city traffic. They serve as safety lines for people crossing the street and a symbol of a city's culture. However, in recent years, most people have been used to using phones while crossing the street. It is unsafe and it may slow down traffic.

To deal with the problem, the Star City government started to take action and introduced a new rule in April, 2024. According to the rule, if people use phones while crossing the street, they may face a fifty-yuan fine (罚款). If they don't want to pay, they can choose to stand by the zebra crossings for an hour as a traffic guide. To increase public understanding of the new rule, the government also puts up posters at bus stops and on websites.

According to the number showed by the government, more than 20% of the traffic accidents in Star City last year happened on zebra crossings. The city hopes the new rule can help to cut down that number. "It is important to correct wrong behaviors on the road. Both drivers and walkers will benefit from it," an official says.
