While I was jumping rope, my smartphone took a fall to the floor which created cracks (裂缝)on my screen. However, the music kept playing. 30 minutes later, I could see only one-tenth of my screen while the rest was black. The next morning, I decided not to use it for 24 hours. I felt a sense of calm that day, which led to my not using it for one week. One week ended up becoming 60 days in total without my smartphone.
Here are some advantages I noticed in this challenge.
—You'll become "bored"
Without my phone, I became bored, but my mind when through all kinds of topics, Boredom (无聊) is a perfect way to create new ideas on a business or project. When you are bored, you allow your mind to relax to reach all possibilities.
—You'll be able to reduce your "work" hours
A survey found that adults checked their smartphones 85 times a day, or once every 10 minutes. As I learned in my challenge, by not having my smartplhone, I fell into deep work no easily, so I completed my tasks in a shorter time.
—You'll improve your mental health
Without my phone, I avoided reading negative (负面的) news and comment. While that helped make a big improvement in my mental health, the biggest reason for it Was truly communicating with people. It brought me more connections with humans in the real world. I went to more dinners with friends and asked more questions to strangers.
It was Saturday again. Lily and Lucy disliked Saturdays. That was another thing the twins had in common. They shared the same clothes and tied their hair in the same manner. In fact, it was hard for their classmates and teachers to tell them apart sometimes.
Unlike their classmates, they had to get up early at seven every Saturday to prepare for their lessons. Lily had to attend the art lesson and Lucy had to attend her ballet lesson. "How I wish I could do something different today, " said the twins with one voice. All at once, an idea came to Lily and Lucy al the same time. "Do you have the same idea as me?" they asked each other and laughed. It seemed like a wonderful plan to them. So I ordered a cup of coffee and sat by the window. watching people. There were some boys playing football on the street and a small boy was running after the ball as it rolled across the road.
Suddenly. there came a car. It was going very fast. When the driver saw the boy in his way, he braked(刹车)hard, But it was too late … The small boy was lying on the street without moving. To everyone's surprise, the car didn't stop. It drove away quickly.
People ran to the boy. There was a cut on the boy's head and he lost a lot of blood. The coffee shop owner telephoned the police. Soon an ambulance(救护车)arrived and took the boy to the hospital. At 6:30 pm, the police arrived and started questioning people. About half an hour later, they asked me to go to the police station because I saw everything. I gave them all the information I knew because I really wanted them to catch the driver. I didn't leave the police station until 8:00pm. After that I went home because I didn't want to talk to anyone.
The next day, the boy's parents called me to say thanks. They also told me their boy was fine and the driver was at the police station now.

Following the rule of "social distancing" is probably well-known to us all now. It refers to staying away from crowded places to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Some companies are taking ad-vantage of this by changing their logos.

Computers are widely used in the world. As students, we can not only use them to relax, but also study online. Do you have any online classes? It is possible to take classes at home. All you need is a computer and an earphone.
However, most students don't seem to like online classes. Recently, over 2000 students from 10 cities took part in a survey. According to the survey, only about 35 percent of the students like taking such classes.

However, online classes still have advantages. "It saves time and money compared with taking offline classes. Also, if I don't understand some parts of a lesson, I can watch it over again," Li Jing sad.

Scientists tested 125 college students. They asked them to do a simple math exam while sitting in a slumped-over (趴倒的) posture, or sitting up straight. After the test, 56 percent of students said the exam was easier to do if they were sitting up straight.
Slumping over is a defensive(戒备的) posture. It can bring about bad memories in the body and brain. This can stop you from thinking clearly, Paper said.
Students who were not nervous about taking the math exam did not necessarily benefit(受益) from better posture. But they did find that doing math while slumped over was more difficult, Science Daily reported.
Good posture isn't just helpful for taking math exams. Sportspeople, musicians and public speakers can all benefit from better posture. When you feel stressed out, you can also try to sit up straight or stand tall. It can help you feel more certain and focus better.
