Do you like eating hamburgers and French fries? However, eating too much junk food is bad for you, particularly(尤其是) if you're between the ages of 13 and 19.
It seems that teenagers usually like junk food more than grown-ups. Amy Reichelt, a Canadian brain (大脑) scientist, studied the science behind this. She found that teenagers are more sensitive (敏感的) than any other age group to foods that have a lot of fat and sugar. Teenagers' brains are still developing and learning how to control (控制) themselves. The prefrontal cortex (前额皮质) is one part of the brain. It tells us we shouldn't eat junk food frequently. But this part is the last to mature (发育成熟) —it doesn't fully develop until we are in our early 20s.
So, what's the best way to say no to junk food? Exercise! When we exercise, the brain becomes less sensitive to food. And the prefrontal cortex can work better to help us control ourselves.

There are no fish or monsters(怪兽) in his net. But there is a little mermaid(美人鱼)and she is sleeping.
Her beauty makes the fisherman very happy. He takes the mermaid in his arms. Suddenly, she wakes up and cries like a seagull(海鸥)and she wants to go away.
"Please free me," the mermaid cries. "I am the only daughter of the king. My father is old and alone. "
"Make me a promise. (承诺)"says the fisherman. "I can free you. But please come when I call you. You can sing to me and to the fish. Then my nets can always be full of fish. "
"I promise. " cries the mermaid.
The fisherman opens his arms and frees the mermaid. She swims down under the water.
Every evening, the fisherman calls the mermaid. To thank the fisherman's help, she sings for him. Her song and her voice are sweet to his ears and his eyes are full of love.
