The Jealous(嫉妒的) Cloud
Long, long ago, there a cloud over a beautiful country. One day, she a much bigger cloud and wanted to become as big as that one. But how could she become bigger? She had idea: "I will keep the water in my body." The cloud kept her , so there was no rain in that country. Many plants died and the country became a hot desert(沙漠). The cloud could not water to grow bigger. It became smaller! The cloud then knew mistake (错误). She started raining over the country. Slowly, the country had more and more trees and became again.
Jealousy (嫉妒) is to other people and to oneself.

Dear Mum,
How are you? I'm happy here with Binbin and Robin. Robin is a great robot. He has GPS. Last week we went to see a world robot exhibition (展览) in a new museum on foot. Robin said, "Go straight, and turn left at the first crossing. When you see the traffic lights, turn right. It's on the left." When we got there, I was very tired because we walked so far. Robin didn't tell us how far!
In the museum, there were many different robots. Two Chinese robots played music and sang the Chinese song "Jasmine Flower". Three Japanese robots made delicious sushi. A Canadian robot could draw very nice pictures. And we saw a Spanish robot dance on a ball. Robin tried. But he fell off the ball. The GPS could not help him do that, ha-ha!
I like Robin so much. I want a robot like him!

—Which is the museum?
—It is.
Alice and Matt work for their school newspaper(报纸). Last month, they went to Longwood Forest. They wanted to write an article(文章) about the animals in the forest. When they got there, some people were cutting down trees. "Why are you doing that?" they asked.
"We're going to make three houses here," a man said.
Alice and Matt were angry but didn't show it. They thought they could do something to stop it. They took some pictures of the people and went back to school. They wrote an article for the school newspaper. The title was "____!" They gave the newspaper to other students and their parents. One student's father worked for the city newspaper. He saw the children's article, and he put it in theirs.
"Wow, great!" said Alice. "Now everybody is going to read about the forest. We can save it!", and THEY DID!
Now there are no houses in Longwood Forest.
