    People all over the world pay much attention to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

    When talking about what's the most popular design about the Winter Olympics (在之中) kids and teenagers, the answer must be the mascot.

    Two years ago, a panda called Bing Dwen Dwen was (选择) as the mascot for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. It wears a full-body "shell" made of ice. It looks like an astronaut in a space suit. It (挥动) its left hand to say hello. It has two red hearts in palms, sharing kindness and love, showing a perfect mix of winter sports and modern (科技).

    The idea of Bing Dwen Dwen came from the traditional Chinese snack—bingtanghulu. However, a (简单的) snack couldn't stand for a country by itself. So Cao Xue, the president of Guangzhou Fine Art College, who created the mascot, and his 14-member team discussed (千) of times, they tried many animals and plants and at (最后) decided on a panda. Bing DwenDwen is designed to express the (精神) of the Olympic, (包括) passion, patience, friendship and common understanding to actively take part in the public.

    Now the panda-shape mascot in an ice shell has been made into toys and (模型), as well as printed on notebooks, badges and bags. It is welcomed by people all over the world!

    Living and dealing with kids can be a hard job these days, but living and dealing with parents can be even harder. Since I was a (十几岁的;青少年的) boy, I have learned that communication is very important, (两个都) when you disagree and when you get along. With any relationship, you need to let other people know your feelings. If you are not (能够) to communicate, things will become bad. When you are mad at your parents, not talking to them doesn't make any sense. If you look up the word "communication" in a dictionary, it will say "the exchange of ideas and (信息)." To keep a good relationship, you must keep the communication strong. Let people know how you feel, even if it's just by writing a (笔记). You have to make your parents feel good about how they are doing as parents. If you are trying to make them see something as you see it, tell them that you'll listen to what they say, but ask them (礼貌地) to listen to you. Walking away only makes the situation (更糟的).

    This is an example. One night, Sophie went to a street party with her friends. She knew she had to be home by midnight after the fireworks, but she felt it would be rude of her to ask to go home first. As a (结果), she was late getting home. Her parents were angry at first, but when Sophie (解释) why she was late, they weren't so mad. Communication is the key factor here.

    Problems can only be (解决) with communication. Just remember, if you get into a situation like Sophie's, tell your parents how you feel.
