Health is the most important thing in the world. If one takes away our money, houses, cars or even our clothes, we can still survive..
How can we keep healthy? In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies, which are junk food. Besides, I only eat little meat.
Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. It is good to stay with my friends.
By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. .

Four years ago when I was a boy of 11, I got into the biggest trouble as a kid. It was a Saturday morning. Both my parents were out, leaving me and my 10-month-old sister home alone. Anyway, my sister was still asleep in her room. In fact I had the house to myself. I decided to do some drawing. Soon I gave up. Nothing was on TV, so I felt bored and touched the candles on the shelf... I had an idea! What would happen if I set fire to some kitchen paper? Well, of course it went on fire, but it wasn't the tiny flame(火苗)I'd expected, and I couldn't blow it out. I threw it on the floor, and then luckily got my dad's boots(靴子)and stamped it out.
I thought I was safe until there as HUGE hole in my room, When my mum came home later, she smelt the smoke immediately She dropped the shopping bag, luckily for me, over the hole.
I thought this meant she would never see it. However, after running round the house checking for a fire, she of course picked up the bag and saw the hole. Next I was grounded(关禁闭)and in trouble months.
Even worse though, the hole was still there, reminding me of what I did.

⑤His mother checked for a fire.
One day, a fisherman caught a golden fish. "People let me go," the golden fish said. "I will give you whatever you want."
"Thank you, but I don't want anything," the fisherman said. He put the golden fish back into the sea.
But the fisherman's wife was angry. "You should ask for a bigger wooden basin!" she shouted. The fisherman went to the seaside and told the golden fish.
"Don't worry, she has a new basin now," the golden fish said.
The fisherman went home. But the wife was even angrier. "I want a large house!" The fisherman went to tell the golden fish again.
But the old woman was never satisfied. "I want to be the queen of the sea! And I want the golden fish to serve me!"
The fisherman went to tell the golden fish. The golden fish swam away without saying anything. The fisherman walked back. His wife was in her cold clothes. Her old and broken wooden basin was next to her.
Wang Fei, a Chinese student, and Mary, an American student studying Chinese in China, were in a supermarket. They saw a young man walking down the stairs. In his hurry, he missed the last two steps and fell onto the ground. He tried to stand up while people around him laughed. Luckily, he seemed to be OK.
Mary found Wang Fei smiling a little and was not happy about it. "Tell me, Fei, how could people laugh when someone fell like that？Why didn't they go up and ask him if he was hurt?"
Wang Fei said, "Because they knew he wasn't hurt too much."
"But I still don't understand. A fall is a fall. In my culture, people would never laugh!"
This is an example. The Chinese and the westerner will think and act differently when seeing such a thing. Chinese people are used to laughing or smiling. Very often the person who is in embarrassing （困窘的） situation would also laugh or smile to get out of it. However, if someone gets hurt seriously, it will not be a laughing matter any more. People will help him or her instead.
But, in that case, a westerner will rush over and help the person get up. If a westerner falls, he or she, like a Chinese person, may try to make a joke if he or she is not hurt. If two close friends are walking together, and one falls but clearly isn't hurt, a common joke is to say "Have a nice trip".
So different people have different habits and different countries have different cultures.

You can buy products made in China around the world. For example, Americans can hardly avoid buying things made in China. But we h that Chinese people will also get better at making high-technology products.
