It takes Sawang Janpram 27. 08 seconds to run 100 meters. That's not 1, given that(鉴于) he is 102 years old. Sawang is considered as the 2sprinter(短跑运动员) in Thailand. He has taken part in the yearly Thailand Master Athletes Championships four times.
"Getting into 3makes me strong and well. Besides, exercising helps improve my appetite(食欲)so I can4 well too, " Sawang said when asked about the 5of his long life.
Every day, Sawang walks with his 70-year-old daughter, Siripan and does 6jobs around the house like cleaning the fallen leaves in their garden. But to 7this year's championships, the 102-year-old became more active and did more. He8 two times a day for a week at a local sports center with his daughter. "My father is a positive man so he is always in high spirits. As for physical health, he has gotten much 9,"Siripan said.
The training 10. Sawang's time for the 100-meter race this year is a personal best. It is a new 11 for his age group in Thailand. Usain Bolt who12 the world record now ran 100 meters in 9. 58 seconds in 2009.

Most people agree that honesty is a good thing. But does Mother Nature agree? Animals can't talk, but can they lie with their bodies and behavior? Animal experts may not call it lying, but they do agree that many animals behave dishonestly to fool other animals. Dishonesty often helps them survive(生存).
Many kinds of birds are very successful at fooling other animals. A bird called the plover sometimes pretends (假装) to be hurt in order to protect its young. When an enemy gets close to its nest, the plover pretends to have a broken wing. The enemy follows the "hurt" adult, leaving the baby birds safe.
Another kind of bird, the scrub jay, buries(埋), unbury the food, and bury it again somewhere else.
Chimpanzees can also be sneaky. After a fight, the losing chimpanzee will give its hand to the other. When the winning chimpanzee puts out its hand, too, the chimpanzees are friendly again. But an animal expert once saw a losing chimpanzee take the winner's hand and start fighting again. When chimpanzees find food, it's natural to cry out. The other chimpanzees come running. But some clever chimpanzees learn to cry very softly when they find food. That way, other chimpanzees don't hear them, and they don't need to share the food.
Most of us killed the long hours at home during lockdown by cooking, watching TV or playing computer games. The more ambitious (有雄心的)tried their hand at learning a new language or taking up an instrument. However, Ashok Aliseril and his family took on the project of building a plane.
The 38-year-old engineer from Billericay and his wife Abhilasha Dubey, 35, had wanted to buy an aircraft, in which they and their two young daughters could sit. However, on the market, it was too small or too expensive. So their dream hadn't been realized.
Therefore, MrAliseril decided to build one, so he bought all the parts a plane might need online. He began building it in the garden in March 2020,with just the online videos for guidance(指导). Like all worthwhile hobbies, the project took over not just Mr Aliseril's free time but his free space. Once the plane began to take shape, it soon became far too large for the garden. The couple eventually had to hire a larger field, moving the plane in parts. Now, almost two years later, it is finished and ready for approval(许可). If it passes, he and his family will be able to take to the skies.
The plane is red and silver with enough room for the family. Mr Aliseril said that he had spent 1,500 hours on the project. Ms Dubey said her children could not wait to take a flight in the aircraft.
The family hopes to travel to Manchester to visit friends, cutting their journey time by three hours. It usually takes about four hours in the car. They also plan to fly to the Isle of Wight for family summer holidays. Mr Aliseril is a Manchester United fan and intends to use his self-made plane to attend more matches, avoiding traffic jams on the game day.
①He spent a lot of time. ②He watched online videos. ③He bought a larger field.

Day after day Buck pulled a sledge. They started in the morning before it was light, and stopped in the evening after it was dark, eating a piece of fish and going to sleep in their holes under the snow.
Buck was always hungry. Francois gave him 750 grams of dried fish a day, and it was never enough. The other dogs were given only 500 grams because they were smaller and could live on less food.
. If he was too slow, the other dogs would steal(偷) his food. He saw Pike, one of the new dogs, steal some meat from the sledge when Francois wasn't looking.
The next day Buck stole some and got away unseen. Francois was very angry, but he thought another dog, Dub, had taken it and punished him instead of Buck.
Buck was learning how to live in the north. In the south he had never stolen, and there he had never been so hungry. He stole cleverly and secretly, remembering the beatings from the man with the club(击棍).
Buck was learning the law of club and tooth. He learnt to eat any food-anything that he could get his teeth into. He learnt to break the ice on water holes with his feet when he wanted to drink. He was stronger, harder, and could see and smell better than ever before.
In a way, he was remembering back to the days when wild dogs travelled in groups through the forest, killing for meat as they went. It was easy for him to learn to fight like a wolf, because it was in his blood. In the evenings, when he pointed his nose at the moon and howled(长嚎) long and loud, he was remembering the dogs and wolves that had come before him.

One lovely summer morning, a grasshopper jumped and played and danced and sang, Nearby some ants were busy (carry) corn and other food up their homes.
"Come dance with me, and you will have enjoyable time today," said the grasshopper to one of the ants. "All the food must be stored before winter, or you (find) nothing to eat," said the ant. "When are you going to start collecting food?" is not necessary to do that at all," answered the grasshopper, looking around. "There are all kinds of food, and working would waste a beautiful summer day. "
the ant left, the grasshopper saw a family of squirrels who were working around an old tree. They were running here and there to pick up nuts (happy).
a not-so-lovely morning in winter, the grasshopper was very hungry, so he asked the antsthey could give him a little food or not.
a poor grasshopper! The ant replied, "So you can't live on dancing after all! At least you enjoyed yourself this summer. We ants are tired that we can't share our food with you. "

Dreaming that you are flying means you are on top of things. You can control the things that matter to you. It may also mean you have confidence in yourself and think no one and nothing can beat you.
Trying to run, but going nowhere
You're trying to run, but either of your legs won't move or you simply aren't going anywhere. Some scientists think this dream means you're trying to do too many things at once and can't catch up or move forward.
