Mel found a wallet on her way back home. She picked it up and looked inside. Five hundred dollars! Mel thought about the bike she wanted. She had asked her room for one, which would cost 460 dollars, but her morn said they had no money. Mel looked around. No one had seen her with the wallet.

When she got home, she put the wallet in her treasure box. How could she tell her parents about it? Then Mel remembered the prize of the science competition was five hundred dollars. She would tell her parents she had won it.

The next day, Mel rushed home. She was just about to tell her mother the good news when her mother said, "I have enough money left for this week. I've bought some strawberries. You can have one, honey. "

At first, the guqin had only five strings(弦), meaning metal, wood, water, fire and earth. Later, in Zhou Dynasty, King Wen of Zhou added a sixth string for his son. King Wu of Zhou, added a seventh string to encourage his army to fight with the Shang Dynasty.

Environment was important in playing the guqin. Usually, it was played quietly and never for public performance. Ancient artists enjoyed performing by a river in the mountains. The sound of the guqin mixed with the sound reflected from the mountains can bring a feeling of peace, then he could feel that he could get close to nature. Playing it in snow was also an enjoyable activity for ancient artists who believed the guqin was fantastic. Also, a night with moonlight was considered wonderful for playing the guqin. My chemistry teacher Mrs. Louise usually gave us the instruction paper the night before the lab class and let us read it. What was special was that for every lab class, Mrs. Louise changed everyone's lab partner to make them work with different classmates.

After finishing an experiment, we had to write a lab report. If we had a big mistake in the experiment, we needed to know why it happened and what we should do to avoid it next time. The lab reports made up around 25% of our term grade.

Learning some basic skills like writing down something or making a daily plan can help you get over these problems. So take a break from television, Internet, and so on.

If you are missing out on enough sleep a night, you're probably easy - angry and have difficulty dealing with daily tasks.

Sure, everyone's unhappiness at work from time to time cause the same problem. It may be that you failed in your work or your boss gave you a poor performance report. A disorganized working environment or a boring project makes it difficult to focus (集中). So work hard and do your best.

Stress has a bad influence on you. The relaxing skills can add to your ability to focus on your mind. Exercising can also keep your mind quick and make learning and memory ability better. It's even more important in adults with ADHA.

Hopefully after you understand these helpful methods, you become more active.
