    Learning to play an instrument can be one of the most exciting ways to spend your free time. There are many different kinds of instruments to choose from: guitar, piano, violin … There is always one that's right for you. The following may help you make it.

    Make a choice( ( 选择) ).

    First, you need to choose an instrument that you would like to learn to play. This may be the kind of music that you also enjoy listening to.

    Get your instrument.

    When you finish choosing your instrument, you need to buy it. Some schools will lend students instruments. Or you can buy a second-hand instrument and it's usually much cheaper.

    Get ready to learn.

    After you get your instrument, you should then make a learning plan. You can have personal(个人的) lessons with a music teacher or go to a music school.

    Play for others.

    After you learn to play a song for some time, you should start playing for others. Then you can try to play for larger groups of people.

    Keep going.

    Keep learning as much as you can and practice often. As you learn more, you will get better and better.

    Many countries all over the world have National Parks. Most of them protect natural settings as well as the plants and animals that live there, but a few are in towns and cities. There are nine National Parks in England.

    Are National Parks in England the same as those in other countries?

    Many National Parks around the world cover huge areas of land where nobody lives, but in England most of the countryside within them is used for farming and other activities. So there people live and work.

    Why do visitors go to the National Parks?

    There are many activities to do in all of the National Parks in England. Visitors can walk or cycle, following marked routes, and many of the parks organize activities for families.

    Are there any problems in the National Parks?

    There are about 110 million visitors to the parks every year. That causes problems. Many popular towns and villages can be overcrowded, car parks and roads are full of traffic. Also, life can be difficult for people who live there, because more and more gift shops and cafes are opened instead of those everyday shops. Another main problem is litter. In the parks it is dangerous to animals.

    How can people help?

    All National Parks in England call on the Countryside Code, which tells people how to take care of their environment. If people follow these rules, the National Parks will be protected and give happiness to many people for a very long time.

Green program creates thousands of beautiful villages

    Qiu Liqin, a farmer from the village of Lujiacun in Anji County, Zhejiang, felt excited and sleepless when she heard she could be a representative(代表)to get the Earth Care Awards for Zhejiang's Green Rural Revival Program (绿色乡村复兴工程).

    "I come from a small village in Zhejang Province. Fifteen years ago, I had to carry a bucket of dirty water far away to dump it every day. There were no rubbish bins in the village. And the river was polluted, with a terrible smell. Thanks to the Green Rural Revival Program, everything has changed.

    Hong Kong is a shopping heaven. During the Hong Kong Shopping Festival in July and August each year, Hong Kong puts on special events and the stores put on sales for the festival.

    Hong Kong is a city full of shopping malls, department stores, and street markets but shopping areas are mainly in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

    Hong Kong is one of the best shopping places in the world, however, the best three buys are clothes, cosmetics, and electrical appliances（电器）. As they are tax free, the prices are always much lower than those found in other countries.

    When you shop in Hong Kong, you will find the currency（货币） symbol $. It looks like the symbol of US dollars but it always refers to Hong Kong dollars rather than US dollars. You can exchange your currency for Hong Kong dollars at any money exchanger.

    There are many street markets in Hong Kong. Going around street markets is a way to experience the local people's lifestyle and buy souvenirs（纪念品）. The famous street markets are Stanley Market, Ladies' Market and Temple Street Market.

    Small shops generally open from 10 am to 7 pm daily. But most department stores and shopping malls in major tourist areas will stay open until 9: 30 pm or even later. Please check the opening hours before you pay them a visit.

We should have at least on extinguisher(灭火器) in our house. However, it's not enough. The best way to be ready for a fire accident is to study this guide carefully.

Make sure you have a clear exit route before using the extinguisher. If you cannot put out the fire, you will need to make a safe exit.

Even if the fire is under control, you should always have the firefighters on the way because they can put out the fire completely(彻底地).

Key friends get to know each other by sending e-mail messages. Would you like to have a friend in another country? Do you like to get an e-mail? If you answered "Yes" to these questions, getting a net friend is a great idea. There are many good reasons to have a net friend.

First,  The more you write, the better you will be at it. You will learn to describe things well and answer questions clearly. You will think of new things to write about.

Second,  You will want to understand your net friend's ideas, so you will read carefully. Reading carefully can give you ideas about what to write to your net friend.

Third,  Your net friend will tell you interesting things about his or her country and hometown. You will find out about the sports and activities that kids enjoy there.

Fourth,  You will learn how to write and send messages through an e-mail. With practice, you will become faster on the keyboard.

Finally,  Talk to your parents about getting a net friend. Have them help you find one safely. Then have fun sending a message to your new friend.

People often ask and are asked what is the most important thing in life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love, work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how to keep healthy?
