Everyone knows that exercise is very important. Doctors say it can help us to be healthy. When the daytime comes, we must get up. This is the time for exercise. Exercise means doing things with the body. There are many ways to exercise. You can walk, run, swim, skate or play ball games with friends. Here is some advice for you when you exercise. 

●Warm up your body. 

Before you do any exercise, make sure to warm up for at least five minutes. During warming up you should extend all parts of your body. 

●Exercise enough, but not too much. 

It's best to exercise two times every day. Thirty minutes every time. Try all kinds of things until you find one, two or even three sports that feel right for you. 

●Exercise at fitness centers!

There are a lot of equipment at fitness centers. The equipment will help exercise your arms, legs and others parts of your body to help you keep healthy. Some people buy equipment for their homes. But it is very expensive. 

●Stop exercising when you are hurt!

You should be careful when you exercise. If you hurt yourself when you are doing exercise, please take a good rest and don't play again until you are well. 

●Don't get thirsty!
